All of these are the reputed and safe online payment processor for receiving the payments. All payment related critical information – Debit Card or Credit Card or Netbanking – are perfectly safe. We / Payment Gateways don’t store or collect any such information on our website / their website. It remains protected in standard Encrypted Manner.

Our website only collects order information – products and prices and discounts, name and address.

Order Cancellation Policy: You have 24 hours time to Cancel the order that you have placed. After the product have been shipped and after 24 hours, it could not be shipped.

Dear Customer Support!

I am cancelling the order with Order ID () placed on (Date and Time). Please cancel the order and process the refund for it.


Refund Policy: If you have cancelled your order within 24 hours of placing the order, the refund will be processed within 3 business days.

The Refund is processed from within Payment Gateway if it has not be settled to Holistic Herbalist Private Limited bank account. If it has been settled into Holistic Herbalist Private Limited bank account, the refund will be done via NEFT only.

The Refund amount will be less the cost Payment Gateway charges and GST levied upon it (Presently 18%).

Refund is not provided once the products have been shipped. If there is unnecessary delay by courier or postal service, please wait for 5 days in addition to the normal 3-5 days taken by courier or postal services within India.

If the ordered items are reported lost by courier or postal services, you will be sent the products again after 7-10 days.


We don’t accept Returns of Products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You bear the cost of shipping to us and also intimate us prior to sending it back via Email or Phone.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over Rs. 100 or US$5, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
